ADEBIYI OLAYINKA is a 1982 graduate of higher national diploma in accountancy from Ogun state polytechnic, a fellow of Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (1999), master’s in business administrations from Enugu state university, Lagos campus(2000), the honorary fellow of chartered institute of bankers of Nigeria (2007).

Adebiyi has several executive trainings including:

He’s highly resourceful and has served on several boards as directors include E-transact Ltd, Associated discount house plc, Blue intercontinental microfinance bank, Intercontinental properties, Card technologies. Adebiyi is presently the MD of Maduy consult Ltd July 2014 – date and chairman board of directors of Banjoko Omotunde Farms Ltd.

OLOYODE OYEDIRAN Esq. has a Diploma in Social Policy and Administration from Bayero University Kano in 1998.
Obtained an LLB from University of Ilorin in 2003, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, he obtained his LLM Degree in 2009 from the University of Ibadan.

Started active law practice with Messrs John Olusola Bayeshea S.A.N & Co in Ilorin between 2004 and 2006 he joined Messrs Amaran & Associates in Lagos in 2006 left in 2010 to join Crest Solicitors & Attorney before eventually moving to Paradigm Solicitors & Advocates in 2011 as the Managing partner.

He was Company Secretary/Legal adviser to Citi Trust Pension Managers Limited (a pension fund administrator based in Lagos). He is also an Associate of Ciarb UK. He has handled quite a number of litigations on either the plaintiff or defendant’s side. His wealth of experience in both corporate & commercial litigation and company secretarial jobs are enormous and has assisted a great deal in the success of the firm.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN)(2009), Omotunde holds an HSE 2 and HSE 3 certification in Health and Safety from the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professional (NISP)(2009). Banjoko Omotunde has worked in several capacities in the oil and gas sector in both product distribution, interface with relevant government agencies and project execution in organizations including;

• PM Oil marketing and sales solutions limited (2009 – 2011)
• Director at Aroma energy company limited and North Ocean Oil resources limited (2011-2014)

He now uses this wealth of experience in the marketing and distribution of quality farm produce, execution of agro-allied projects towards the expansion of the Nigerian agriculture industry. He’s passion to close the gap in the food production and supply chain in Africa, employment generation, generation of Foreign exchange for the country lead him into farming since 2012 till date. He’s a hardworking and highly focused individual who does not believe in limitations and is ever willing to learn and take on new challenges.
